Summa kulambu in 10 minutes(சும்மா குழம்பு) Step1 Take 150gms of small onion and chop it very thinly(பொடி பொடியாக அரிந் து கொள்ளவும்) with its take crushed garlic(which gives nice aroma) As we r not adding tomatoes,add gooseberry size tamarind to a 1/2 cup of water. For seasoning, take 1/2 a tablespoon of mustard seeds& Urad dhal, 1/4 a tablespoon of fennel seeds&cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper &fenugreek seeds & one spring curry leaves. Gobi 65(Cauliflower deep fry) Step1 To do Gobi 65,At very first we have to prepare the paste for it. I have tak e 5tablespoon raw rice flour (either idiyappam flour also we can add), pinch of kesari powder or artificial colour(it gives a nice colour to Gobi 65) 2tablespoon of corn flour, 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 2tablespoon of chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder,2 tablespoon of readymade Aachi Gobi Manchurian powder, 1/2a tablespoon of coriander powder&required salt.Nicely mix everything. Sakkarai pongal (left pot) & Ven pongal ( right pot) Sweet pongal Step1: I have taken 300gms of raw rice(சாப்பாட் டு அரிசி) ,At first nicely wash it(அரிசி கலையிறது),In உ௫ளி(pot) pour half cup of milk ,very little ghee &with that add water till the brimof the pot. The reason to fill up-to brim is then only the milk will raise and quickly boil over. SakkaraValli kilangu poriyal Step1 I have taken 400gm chakkara Valli kilangu,( No need to peel the skin while eating it, if we don't like we can remove it, if u peel the skin it will get smashed while u r cooking & it will not taste good) cut it into a medium round shape(வில்லை வில்லையாக)and cook it Kadai r steam it in idly cooker r pressure cook it. Step2 It will be easily cooked in few minutes & it tastes good. In pressure cooker,add required salt & water with the chakkara Valli kilangu Once the steam comes from cooker I switched off &until steam goes & settles on its own don't open it.(if u open it, then it will not be cooked). Finger tear chapathi(மிகவும் மி௫துவான சப்பாத்தி) Step1: I have taken 300gms of wheat flour, with it add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 tablespoon ghee,required salt, oil. Mix it nicely. Now add little by little water until it gets soft. Now knead The dough with oil so that it will be non greasy and becomes smooth dough. Step 2: Now make into round balls,take balls and dust it with flour &spread it evenly to get puffiness like poori & to get finger tear softness. Now put in tawa finger tear soft chapathi is ready to serve hot.

Finger tear chapathi(மிகவும் மி௫துவான சப்பாத்தி) Step1: I have taken 300gms of wheat flour, with it add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 tablespoon ghee,required salt, oil. Mix it nicely. Now add little by little water until it gets soft. Now knead The dough with oil so that it will be non greasy and becomes smooth dough. Step 2: Now make into round balls,take balls and dust it with flour &spread it evenly to get puffiness like poori & to get finger tear softness. Now put in tawa finger tear soft chapathi is ready to serve hot.
